The Mind Right Athletes Society is honoured to carry on Grant’s Legacy by providing the Grant Sheridan Memorial Scholarship to players in the KIJHL.

Each year, the MindRight Society for Athletes awards the $1500 Grant Sheridan Memorial Scholarship, in memory of the longtime Kelowna Chiefs owner and general manager, to one Kootenay International Junior Hockey League player.
The 2020/21 application period is now open, and the deadline for submissions is April 15, 2021.

KIJHL players may apply for the Grant Sheridan Memorial Scholarship by completing the KIJHL Bursary Application Package, as applicants will be considered for both awards. There is no need to fill out a second application package. Completed packages must be submitted to the League Office:
